The subproject will create a joint pedagogical-digital support service model for higher education institutions. The joint support service provides support for both the pedagogical and digital themes of shared digital services (eg the digital learning environment) for both university teachers and students. This enables the diversification of local support services.
During the autumn of 2018, a digital service request processing system for the universities will be surveyed, selected and piloted. A key starting point for the creation of a common operating model is the compatibility of technological solutions and the commonly agreed pedagogical principles. The routine services of pedagogical and technical support make use of software robotics to increase fluency and efficiency. The project also identifies good practices, compares them, models and brings them into use.
The processes of the common pedagogical-digital support model are described and the support service model and the quality assurance of the operation are linked to the quality system of higher education institutions.
